Layout and Amenities This large (approx. 145 m2) 2 bedroom penthouse apartment (sorry, no lift, but very easy stairs) is on the 3rd floor (top) of the building and has a large balcony that runs the whole width of the apartment as well as a large roof terrace! The apartment gets lots of light, with windows on the front and back and nothing to obstruct them. There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout the apartment.
