Layout and Amenities                                                         
This very large 3 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bathroom apartment (approx. 210m2 or 2260f2) is spread over 2 floors. You enter into a marble foyer on the bel-etage level.

Upper level, through the foyer:

- To the left is the large upper bedroom and further towards the front, the en suite salon which overlooks the canal through huge windows, nearly the whole expanse of its 4.5 meter (14.75 ft) height.
This elegant front salon is a comfortable, peaceful room for quiet reading, conversation or canal-watching.

- The upper bedroom, has a queen bed that can be separated into twins. This is a very large room with 2 chandeliers.

- To the right from the foyer, is the open (approx. 50m2/550 sq.ft) living room/lounge/open kitchen and dining area, which overlooks a huge (150m2/1614sq.ft) private garden. The L-shaped couch in the lounge can become a double bed.

- There's a television with cable, DVD and VCR players and a large stereo system.

 
- The kitchen is supplied with ample place settings and is equipped with a large refrigerator/freezer, large oven and a micro-wave. There is a dishwasher, a coffee maker and all other necessary/desired supplies.

- There are double French doors out to the small terrace and a few steps down to the garden.

- The upper bathroom is marble and has a toilet and a sink and is located between the lounge area and the bedroom.

Lower level
(10 steps down):

- A double bedroom, a small (single) bedroom and 2 bathrooms are downstairs (10 steps down), accessed via a small staircase just off the kitchen. This bedroom, with view to the garden, is considered the master due to its privacy and close proximity to the full bathroom.

- The larger bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a walk-in closet, sitting area and wonderful view to the garden. There's a television.

- The smaller bedroom is perfect for a single or a child, although it does have the possibility of sleeping 2 persons (very cozily!).

- There is a fast ADSL wireless internet and fixed phone line available.

- There's a washer and dryer
as well as an iron and ironing board.

- The large garden is for the exclusive and private use of the guests. There is garden furniture.
