Layout and Amenities                                         
This is a very spacious (approx.140m2) apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a very nice roof terrace, located on the 3rd and 4th (penthouse) floors (sorry, no lift), but the stairs are not difficult ones. They are well- carpeted and not too steep or narrow.

The layout:

-The living room is furnished with leather couches, a television with cable, a DVD player and a stereo/ CD player.

- The large dining table has 6 comfortable dining chairs.

- There are 2 extra sleeping places located in an alcove of the living room and a Japanese screen can close the space to afford privacy.

- The kitchen is fully supplied with dishes and utensils. There is a refrigerator/freezer, full-sized oven with 6 burner gas stove top, as well as a dishwasher and all other necessary supplies.

- The downstairs bathroom has a large shower and bathtub and double sinks.  Towels and a hairdryer are provided. There's a separate toilet.

- The bedroom is at the back, which assures a quiet sleep and has a queen-sized bed that can be separated into 2 twins. The large windows let in alot of light, but there are also dark curtains.

- Stairs inside the apartment lead to the floor above and a very large and spacious master bedroom (queen which cannot separate) with bathroom en suite. There's a sitting area, a television, gas fireplace

- Double doors open onto a large roof terrace with lounge chairs as well as a teak table with 4 chairs.
 

There is a high-speed wireless internet (ADSL) connection and a separate fixed phone line available.

- There's a clothes washer and dryer in the upstairs bathroom.

- This is a non-smoking apartment
