Layout and Amenities                                     
This 70m2 apartment consists of 2 floors; kitchen and living on the first floor (above ground ) and on the second floor, accessed by an internal staircase, are 2 bedrooms with bathroom in between them. Both floors have windows that open wide onto the canal in the front and balconies off the back. 

-The living room is furnished with a leather couch and chairs, a flat screen television with DVD and CD players. There's an iPod/iPhone docking system.

- The kitchen, supplied with plenty of place settings, is equipped with a large refrigerator/freezer, convection / micro-wave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and all other necessary and desired supplies.

- The bathroom has a bathtub, shower and toilet, a modern countertop sink and built-in cabinets. A hairdryer is provided.

- The master bedroom w/queen size bed (or 2 twins) has a  pretty balcony at the back. There's a television.

- The small bedroom on the canal side has a 2 single beds, one rolls under the other while not being used.

- There's a washer and dryer.

- There is a high-speed wireless internet connection and a separate fixed phone line available.

 - This is a non-smoking apartment .
