 This is a very spacious apartment (approx. 125 m2) on 2 floors, located on the 2nd floor (above ground) and accessed by stairs. The large kitchen, separate dining and living rooms are on the floor where you enter the apartment and upstairs are 2 double bedrooms and spacious bathroom with separate bathtub and shower and a separate toilet.
The bedrooms are well separated from each other by a long hallway, and the bathroom.
Both floors have windows that open wide onto the canal in the front and the back overlooks the gardens. There is a small roof terrace.

-The living room is furnished with a leather couch and chairs, a television with VCR/ DVD and CD players .

- The kitchen, supplied with dishes and utensils for 6 people, is equipped with a large refrigerator/freezer, convection / micro-wave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and all other necessary supplies.

- The bathroom has a shower and bathtub, hairdryer is provided. The toilet is separate

- There's a washer and a dryer

- The front bedroom is south facing, very spacious and light and overlooks the canal. It has a king size bed that can be separated into 2 twins.

- The second bedroom, overlooking the back garden has a queen size bed (cannot be separated) and a television.

- There is a fixed phone line available as well as high speed wireless ADSL internet.

- This apartment is non-smoking.

- This apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.
