There's a flat screen television and a gas fireplace. The windows and doors are all double-glazed for quiet.
To the left is the modern and exquisitely equipped, state-of-the-art designer kitchen, with black granite countertops, built in steamer and convection ovens, gas stovetop, built-in espresso machine, and all other modern appliances.

Double doors lead to a very private and sunny back terrace which has a table and seating for outdoor dining if Amsterdam weather permits!

Second Floor: an internal staircase takes you upstairs to the 3 bedrooms, spacious bathroom with double sinks, walk-in rain shower and large built-in bathtub.

-The large front bedroom has large windows that open to the canal (double-glazed, for quiet from the street). There's a queen bed, a comfortable couch, flat screen tv and a wardrobe.

-The quiet master bedroom is at the back and has a king bed, walk in closet, a make-up/work desk and a flat screen tv. There are double doors that open to a french balcony at the back.

-The small 3rd bedroom is perfect for 1 adult, but could be shared, as it has a couch that folds out into a comfortable small double bed.

- There's a separate washer and dryer closet in the hall as well as a 2nd wc.
