Layout - The apartment is approximately 115m2 (±1250ft2) which is divided between the 2 bedrooms, the semi-open kitchen/living room and the master bathroom and 1/2 bathroom - The living room is on the canal with double doors that open to a French balcony overlooking the Prinsengracht and the Noorderkerk.There are 2 two-seater sofa beds, a flat screen tv. - The designer kitchen is supplied with ample dishes and utensils, fully equipped with appliances including a large American-style refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, built-in convection and microwave ovens and dishwasher. - The dining table and 6 chairs are on the living room side of a 1/2 wall that separates the 2 spaces. - The large master bedroom has a queen-sized bed (cannot be separated).
