Layout and Amenities 
This is a very light apartment (approx. 90 m2) on the 3rd floor (no lift). The spacious living room has a wall of south-facing windows with a fabulous view overlooking the Singel Canal. The kitchen is semi-open to the living room with new, built-in Siemens appliances. The elegant bathroom has a shower and bath, toilet and a bidet. The bedroom which is at the back of the apartment, is very quiet and has a large window.

-The living room is furnished with an L-shaped couch, a television with cable, a DVD player and a stereo/ CD player. There's a working gas fireplace.

- The kitchen, supplied with dishes and utensils for 6, is equipped with a large refrigerator/freezer, full-sized Siemens oven and dishwasher and all other necessary supplies.

- The bathroom has a shower and bathtub, toilet and bidet. There's a heated towel rack and a hairdryer is provided.

- The bedroom is at the back, which assures a quiet sleep and has a queen-sized bed that can be separated into 2 twins. There are built-in closets and a large window.

- There is a high-speed wireless internet (ADSL) connection and a separate fixed phone line available.

- There's a separate washer and dryer.

- This is a non-smoking apartment
 

- This apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. Sorry, no kids under the age of 10 (small babies accepted).
